Let's Hear it for the Boys

I've been in rather a dark sort of mood as of late so I thought why not switch the feminine gears and direct your eyes to some rather fetching boy spaces.

Although, as we all know, pink girly pretty is definitely my bag, I can't say that I'm not intrigued by this boyaliscious fantastica...

Yes, although I'm all about the feminine glamour, I do also enjoy a little moody masculine...especially when there's warn brown leather and giant graphic art involved...and speaking of art, I'm tampering with some more black again...

...who says boys can't enjoy a little pink;)

I bet if this shot was coloured, Mr Handsomepants would totes have a pink and white striped shirt on...

Tom Ford.

...and he'd sooooo live in a space as cool as those above...with a little 'wink' up on his walls to boot;)

Oh and one more thing before you go...I put together a little summer inspired art-outfit pretty for Madison over at one of my new fave reads, The White Ruffle...since were talking masculine fabulous here today, here's one of the ensembles I put together...

I love manly rooms. My husband is very masculine so decorating with darker colors and materials like leather (with my cheery pillows) is nice because it's like little touches of him everywhere. Thanks for sharing!

If he comes with those rooms, I'm totally buying them. ALL. (c; And that wood tub and chair covered in the brown/white-spotted hide are DIVINE...I could definitely get on board with a more masculine feel if those items were included!

I'm digging all of these manly rooms - especially the ones that include the classic Eames lounger and the wooden tub.

Mr.Handsomepants can come and visit me anytime. (;

Yay for the manly room! it's rich, sophisticated, and absolutely man friendly! I love the living room with that fab blue canvas and camel leather chairs, and that bathroom with the "MEN" on the door!

I agree, for the most part, but don’t you feel as if the issue is more complex than that?

That home should be the definition of art. It is absolutely beautiful! Every room just gives off its own vibe and overall gives the home a perfect look. It is definitely an inspiration for anyone who wants to have a unique appeal added to their homes. No doubt that this is one of the best homes I have seen in a long time.
